Q: Do you accept orders online?

A: We do accept online orders for both artworks that are made already and for those commissioned ones. For the latter however, we require a 50% down payment fee for the security of the artists that we have.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do ship internationally. We have partnered with different couriers already that enables us to bring our products around the world. You can check out the list of couriers we have by the drop down button you can find at the upper right hand portion of this page.

Q: Are we allowed to choose for the courier that we want?

A: You can choose your preferred courier during the check out. There will be a drop down menu there with regards to our partner courier that caters to your area. You can choose from any of them.

Q: Can I get an insurance for my purchase?

A: Insurance is not included to the package that we offer. But upon check out, this option will be given to you. If you want to have insurance for your purchase, that is possible. Take note however, that this will be at your own cost which will automatically be added to your final bill upon check out.

Q: How long can I reserve the item?

A: You can reserve the item until 48 hours after you have reserved it. Otherwise, your reservation will be forfeited.

Q: I want to commission your artist to do an artwork for me. How will that work?

A: We are going to introduce you first hand to the artist depending on the type of work you commission. From there, you can negotiate with them with regards to the terms and condition. If you want, you can meet with them too. We are going to arrange this to make it possible.
